Today Blizzard officially unveiled the return of the Halloween Terror event for its hit game Overwatch. This spooky season, Halloween Terror has returned to Overwatch, bringing back the Junkenstein's Revenge PvE brawl and last year's seasonal gear along with more than 50 new seasonal items. New skins, like Symmetra's Dragon skin, remain at typical 3x prices, 3000 credits for a new legendary skin. The new Junkenstein Endless brawl will feature a different cast of heroes in an endless horde battle. All 2016's Halloween Terror items make their return, too, in case you missed them past year. In regular Overwatch, meanwhile, the Hollywood and Eichenwalde maps have received spooky makeovers to help set the Halloween mood.

Meanwhile, prepare yourself for the real challenge with The Endless Night edition.

Inside the castle, we can find a surgery bed with the Junkenstein's Monster themed Roadhog covered in a sheet instead of that massive throne with Reinhardt's Balderich skin. Gone live on October 10, the special Halloween event will last until November 01.

Blizzard is ramping up the excitement for Halloween as it just released its Overwatch Halloween Terror 2017 event.

We have to say that the new skins and items for Halloween this year are looking pretty awesome, so do check it out in the launch trailer above.

That's compared to returning Legendary skins at 1,000 credits, 2016 Epic skins for 250 credits, last year's Rare tier items for 75 credits and 2016 Common tier items for just 25 credits.

Overwatch Halloween Terror is clearly what we all Overwatch fans have been waiting for this year. Junkenstein's Revenge has been improved upon from a year ago. There are a number of other cosmetic items available for Overwatch gamers this Halloween, including the aforementioned skins, voice lines, emotes, highlight intros and more.
