The sale on these bundles will begin on February 18 and will run until March 3. Sony has announced that it will be offering $100 off the price of the PlayStation VR standalone headset, Doom VFR Bundle, and the Skyrim VR Bundle.

Sony is slashing the prices on its PSVR headsets and bundles by US$100, bringing its starting price down below US$200 once more.

Have you snapped-up the PlayStation VR headset yet? The deals will be active from February 18 through March 3. This set includes the aforementioned Gran Turismo title, the PlayStation VR headset, and the PlayStation Camera (which is imperative for the VR gaming experience).

If you have been on the fence about getting a PlayStation VR, this may be the time to make the leap. It includes not only Skrim VR but also two PlayStation Move Motion controllers, as well as the headset and camera.

The Doom VFR bundle will also receive a discount from its regular $399.99 price.

PS4 fans, however, will do well skipping on theDoom VFR Bundle that Sony stuffed with the VR gear, VR camera, and the VR demo disc. The Gran Turismo options is certainly the one that peaks our interest, while the Skyrim package is a steal as well.

The discounts come as the PlayStation VR goes from strength-to-strength. PlayStation saw a great increase in VR headset sales with some great Black Friday/Holiday deals at the end of 2017 and are looking to continue that into 2018.

Participating retailers include GameStop, Walmart, Best Buy and Target. There are now more than a whopping 150 games and experiences compatible with the PlayStation VR, with more than a 130 highly-anticipated games releasing by the end of this year.
