Trump's campaign is filing an arbitration action against her as well, alleging a breach of a secrecy agreement. She described an October 2016 phone call with former assistant to Eric Trump, Lynne Patton, spokesperson Katrina Pierson, and campaign communications director Jason Miller, during which they discuss how they should deal in case it leaked.

Former White House aide Omarosa Manigault Newman accused of violating confidentiality agreement; Laura Ingle reports from NY. Pierson has said she never heard Trump use this type of language and said on Fox that the only person she heard talking about a tape was Manigault Newman.

Earlier, Trump called Manigault Newman a "dog" in an extraordinary attack.

"Correction from today's briefing: Jobs numbers for Pres Trump and Pres Obama were correct, but the time frame for Pres Obama wasn't", Sanders tweeted Tuesday night in a rare walkback from a Trump administration official.

The president's former TV co-star on The Apprentice also said she has heard audio tape of Trump using the N-word. "Good work by General Kelly for quickly firing that dog!"

She told Burnett the transcript backs her up, saying that the tape doesn't include the "hours upon hours" of Manigault Newman herself regarding this alleged Trump tape.

The Trump campaign has hired Hulk Hogan lawyer Charles Harder for its arbitration action against former "Apprentice star" and fired White House staffer Omarosa Manigault Newman, CNBC reported.

Asked how Trump would benefit from a racially divided nation, Manigault Newman said to ask the president.

"I don't have that word in my vocabulary and never have".

A different president would have ignored such a book, refusing to give Manigault Newman the publicity she craves.

The tape recording appears to show Trump expressing surprise about her firing, saying "nobody even told me about it". Omarosa went around making a very specific claim that I had been refuting for the last two days. When Gen. Kelly came on board he told me she was a loser & nothing but problems. I've spoken with him, and he's willing to work with you. So when you hear a Laura Ingraham giving her rant about the United States, the changing nature of the United States, the demographic shift that is happening in the United States, her connecting that demographic shift to immigration, that's not a dog whistle, that's a blowhorn and it is meant to rile up people who are upset about the fact that America is changing.

Several commenters said the statement was both sexist and racist, and called for Twitter users to report it for targeted abuse.

"The allegation is not credible, and indeed is ridiculous, particularly in light of the timing of her departure from the White House - December 12, 2017".

'This was the first time that, in exchange for dropping a lawsuit, Donald Trump brokered a senior position for me instead.
