Numerous reports indicate that the iPhone X will have multiple successors, and that they will be released at an event thought to be dubbed "Gather Round". Today, we've got one of these that confirms previous information for the iPhone 9, iPhone X (s), and iPhone Xs Max featured on reports. As of now, it is being said that both the premium category iPhones will be called as iPhone XS.

Note, presentation, at which Apple will unveil a new iPhone on 12 September.

Tipster site Slashleaks, on the other hand, recently posted images of 6.1-inch iPhone dummies in new red, white and blue colour options. The second model would cater to budget-conscious buyers and would sport a 6.1-inch LCD screen.

Apple is expected to announce three new iPhones at Apple's September 12th event.

Do you think you have heard the last of the iPhone 9? We'll have to wait and see what Apple goes with next week. Let us know in the comments section below.

Two of those iPhones (measuring in at 5.8 and 6.5 inches) are going to be equipped with OLED displays, while the third, measuring in at 6.1 inches, will have an LCD panel.

Will Apple follow Huawei and its P20 Pro and deliver a three-camera system on the back of the new iPhone XS or iPhone XS Plus?

We are talking about smartphones that are sold in Australia, India, China, USA, New Zealand and Japan.

CNET reported the defect will cause the smartphone to unexpectedly restart, free the screen or not turn on at all. The iPhone 9 case seems slightly taller and wider than the iPhone X, which could also be the case (no pun intended) for the iPhone 9 itself.

Many believe smartphones will begin utilizing a virtual SIM card or eSIM, to replace physical SIM cards provided by a carrier.

According to Barrons, and expanded upon by iGeeksBlog, Apple may be working with STMicro to bring eSIM to its line of 2018 iPhones.

The worst thing about the removal of the dual-camera rear mounted setup is the fact that Apple's 6.1-inches LCD iPhone X will not feature the famous portrait mode. What we know is that the company will unveil the Apple iPhone Xs Max, Apple iPhone Xs, another LCD model of the iPhone to cost lesser than these two, and the Apple Watch Series 4.
