Ford at a rally in Mississippi Tuesday night, before intimating she belongs to a group of "really evil people" set out to destroy other people's lives. like Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

President Trump ripped the allegations brought by a woman who accused Judge Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault, and blasted another accuser's attorney - Michael Avenatti - as a "sleazebag". I don't remember. Where is the place?

"You know for ten years, I don't know him, I never met him, but I've been hearing, 'There's this guy named Brett Kavanaugh, who is like a flawless person destined for the Supreme Court", President Trump said before launching into a full-throated dismissal of the decades-old sexual misconduct allegations recently brought forth against Kavanaugh.

"How did you get there?" I don't remember. How'd you get there?

"Mom, a bad thing just happened", Trump said.

"How many years ago was it? And a man's life is in tatters".

During the 2016 campaign, at least 15 women accused Trump of misbehavior ranging from sexual harassment and sexual assault to lewd behavior around women. Following Ford's testimony, Kavanaugh offered an irate rebuttal, which the White House called "spectacular". After Trump's speech in MS, many followers think his early assumption that Dr. Ford is lying is inappropriate considering the investigation is still ongoing.

It was a dire picture painted by a president eager to convince his raucous supporters of what's at stake in November as he headlined a high-dollar, closed-door fundraiser and appeared at a packed rally in Johnson City to boost U.S. Rep. Marsha Blackburn in her tight Senate race against the state's Democratic ex-Gov. Cindy Hyde-Smith, who was appointed to fill the seat of Republican Thad Cochran, who retired in April.

Trump had previously refrained from attacking Ford personally, although he sent a tweet last month in which he questioned why Ford or her parents had not "immediately" filed charges with local law enforcement after the alleged incident. Trump said, role-playing a conversation between a son and mother.

But he said they are not following up at all on Ramirez's account that Kavanaugh thrust his genitals in her face, forcing her to touch them without her consent, during an alcohol-fuelled party when they were students at Yale University in the mid-1980s.

But Trump spent far more time railing against "radical Democrats", who he said had been "in a blind rage" since his election win.

"We're in the midst of a manufacturing renaissance - something which nobody thought you'd hear", Trump said in a speech to the National Electrical Contractors Association Convention a day after celebrating the new North American trade deal.

Trump said the strong economy "means more jobs for our great electrical contractors".

He also mocked Democrats as acting "holier than thou" and focused on several potential 2020 presidential contenders by name, including former vice president Joe Biden, Sen.
