Avengers 4 Trailer Release Has Been Announced & It Is Earlier Than Expected

The next trailer for Captain Marvel will debut on ESPN's Monday Night Football on December 3 during the halftime of the Redskins/Eagles NFL game. At this point I'm ready to release my own Avengers 4 trailer, which consists of stick figures of superheroes yelling very loudly.

By the time Avengers 4 releases, the Russos will have spent nearly seven years straight in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and so it's understandable that they'd be looking to branch out for the next movie - and with the combined box office we can expect from their four Marvel movies, they'll surely have their pick of projects.

Indeed, when you put it that way, you can't say that you have secrets to share if you don't know what those secrets even are in the first place. In other words, we can expect big things from Captain Marvel. At the same time, the trailer release date may change but as of now, the current plan is for both Avengers 4 and Captain Marvel trailers to be released this week. Still, between Avengers 4 and Infinity War, there's a huge deal of secrecy that Joe and Anthony Russo have to keep with what's no doubt two of Marvel Studios' biggest projects so far. Kudos to Marvel for not going with a bunch of floating heads on this one, despite having a cast sprawling enough to pull that off. Respect.

Captain Marvel, Marvel's first superhero story with a lead female character, has got a brand new poster.

Captain Marvel hits theaters on March 8th, 2019.

We already know that Nick Fury paged Captain Marvel in the credits scene after Infinity War, fully realizing that her assistance is finally required. The poster finds Captain Marvel showing off her superpowers with a spaceship and a fighter jet in the background. The trailer for that movie is likely to release this Wednesday.
