There are no exceptions for pregnancies involving rape and incest.

Last week, the state of Alabama approved legislation to ban abortions in nearly all cases, and Missouri passed a bill stopping women from seeking the procedure after the eighth week of pregnancy.

"No law is constitutional until the Supreme Court actually revisits Roe v Wade", said Alabama state Rep. Terri Collins. Now politicians have finally shown their true colors and are trying to ban abortion outright.

The law, like the heartbeat bills which have already passed, is expected to be challenged in court.

"The Radical Left, with late-term abortion (and worse), is imploding on this issue", he added.

"I am pro-life but there ought to be exceptions for rape and incest", he said during an interview with Jake Tapper on CNN's "State of the Union" Sunday morning.

"Life in 2020. If we are foolish and do not stay UNITED as one, all of our hard fought gains for Life can, and will, rapidly disappear!"

Gov. Kay Ivey last week approved the most stringent abortion law in the nation- making performing an abortion a felony in almost all cases unless necessary for the mother's health.

The court on Monday took no action on appeals seeking to revive two abortion restrictions enacted in IN in 2016.

Sixteen other states are also seeking to impose new restrictions on abortion.

His selections of Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh for the Supreme Court tilted the political makeup of the nation's high court to the right, and emboldened conservatives who believe the time is ripe for a court case to challenge Roe v. Wade. We must stick together and Win. for Life in 2020.

Mr Trump laid out personal views that differ, saying he supports the right to an abortion when rape or incest is involved, or when the pregnant woman's life is at risk.

"I would have either had some sort of unsafe abortion", she said.

"And when I talk to people, whether they are pro-choice or they are personally opposed to abortion, a lot of them. don't think we should go this direction", Klobuchar said.

The Alabama law has also come under criticism by some conservatives who have expressed discomfort by the lack of exceptions for rape and incest.

Alabama's governor on Wednesday signed a near-total prohibition on abortions widely seen as the country's most restrictive ban, and the Missouri legislature on Friday made the procedure illegal from eight weeks of pregnancy.

"People should have the right to make the decisions that are best for their bodies without state interference", organisers said on Facebook. "It stops safe abortion", said Staci Fox, CEO and president of Planned Parenthood Southeast, addressing the cheering crowd outside the Alabama Capitol.

"I don't support the Alabama law, I believe there ought to be exceptions, I am pro-life but there ought to be exceptions", Sen.

On Twitter she wrote: "My mother was a 15-year-old girl the year abortion was legalised in 1973". And no one needs to know the particulars of that but me and my Dr.
